Dear Villa Homeowner,

The La Collina Board of Directors is pleased to announce a one-time mulching for the front shrub beds of all Villa homes, as outlined in the La Collina DCCRs.

Our landscape partner, Earthscapes, will begin the mulching process the week of January 19, 2026, with new pine bark mulch. Please note the following guidelines regarding this project:

• Decorative Rock: If your home currently has decorative rock, it will not be mulched.
• Alternative Mulch: If you have changed your mulch color or replaced the original pine bark with a different material, the landscapers will not add new pine bark unless you explicitly request it.
• Opting Out: If you would like to completely opt out of this service, please use the button below

Please be aware that landscapers will be working in the front areas of your property throughout that week. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community looking its best.
