Street parking is not allowed due to narrow roads, except for service vendors. Vendors without signage should park in driveways or use cones to identify themselves.
Spaces in front of the mailboxes are for mail pickup only and may not be used for an extended period of time.
For residents who are hosting a gathering and require street parking to accommodate their guests, please contact the HOA management 48 hours in advance to request a parking waiver.
Last-minute requests (especially on Fridays) may not be approved. Residents may also ask neighbors for driveway use or use the lot behind the Cabana for extra parking.
Unauthorized street parking may result in towing at the owner’s expense. Towing is suspended during major holidays, with announcements made in advance.
Parking on grass, in front of fire hydrants, or on sidewalks is not permitted at any time.
